"Repair was okay, but I felt rushed"
They did fix the issue, so I’ll give them that, but the whole thing took longer than I expected. By the end I felt kind of rushed to just get out of there, so it wasn’t the best experience overall.

"Good selection, but I was hoping for a little more"
They had a decent mix of appliances to choose from, so I definitely had some options. That said, a few of the brands and models I was specifically looking for weren’t available, which was a bit of a bummer. Overall, not a bad experience at all, I just wish the selection was a little broader.
"Dishwasher install went really smooth"
I had a new dishwasher put in, and the two guys who came out were great. They showed up on time, were careful with my floors, and got everything hooked up without leaving a mess or making it no big ordeal.
Before they left, they walked me through a couple quick things, which I appreciated. Overall, it wasn’t no hassle at all and I’d be happy to use them again.

"Easy shopping experience"
I stopped in expecting to just look around, but the sales guy actually made things a lot simpler. He gave me space, answered what I asked, and helped me sort through a few options without making it feel like there was any pressure. It ended up being a smooth visit, and I’d definitely go back.

"Prices just felt too high"
I stopped by Warners' Stellian while looking for a new fridge, and the price kind of threw me off. I had already been checking around a bit, and the same model was noticeably cheaper at a couple other places.
Even with the sale signs on it, I still didn’t really feel like I was getting a great deal, and once I started adding up delivery, extra fees, and all the little things that somehow get tacked on, the total just kept climbing and climbing until it felt way beyond what I wanted to pay.
They may have good service, and maybe that’s worth it for some people, but for me the numbers just didn’t make sense. I ended up buying from another store instead.

"Ordering was fine, checkout was slow"
I got the order through. So that part was okay. But the site felt a little glitchy. Checkout took longer than it should have. Kind of annoying.

"Staff was really easy to work with"
I went in kind of unsure about what I actually needed, and I think the staff could tell, but they were super patient with me from the start.
They answered all my questions in a normal, straightforward way and didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was bothering them. It didn’t have that pushy sales vibe, which I really appreciated.
Overall, everything went smoothly. I’m not sure what else I expected, but it was just a good experience with nice people who seemed to know what they were doing

"Helpful staff, delivery was a little annoying"
I stopped by the store to check out fridges and the people there were easy to deal with. Nobody was hovering over me or trying to push the most expensive one, which I appreciated. They answered my questions and helped me compare a few models, even though after a while they all kind of looked the same to me. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is the delivery window felt too long, and I had to call once just to make sure it was still happening. It did show up fine, so I guess it wasn’t really a big problem, but it was still a bit annoying. Overall, good experience.

"Delivery appointment was a no-show"
I had a delivery appointment scheduled and even took time off work to be home for it. Then nobody showed up. No real update, nothing, until I finally called them myself. After all that, they just wanted to reschedule like it wasn’t a big deal, which was... yeah. Really frustrating and not something I’d call reliable

The appliance itself has been fine, so no real complaints there. But dealing with customer service was frustrating. I sent an email and waited days without getting a clear answer, then ended up having to call and sit on hold for a while. The person I finally spoke with was nice enough, but they said they’d follow up and never really did. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I was definitely disappointed and expected better communication.

Warranty help was kind of a mixed bag. It took a while to get everything sorted out, and not saying it’s a scam, but I definitely expected the process to be a little smoother. In the end, they did fix the issue, so I’ll give them credit for that

Delivery went smoothly and showed up when they said it would, at least from what I could tell. I got a call before they came by, which helped since I was kind of in the middle of something.
The guys were careful getting the fridge inside and had the old one out fast. I don’t know all the details of how they handled everything outside, but there wasn’t any mess left behind and it was easy overall. No complaints from me.
